How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Any returns/exchanges must be sent back within 28 days of your purchase receipt.
Please return your item(s) including a copy of original receipt and reasoning for the exchange or return to:

Please note. If a copy of your original receipt is not included we will not be able to process as we will not know the nature of the return.
If you're sending your order back for exchange for something else or wish to exchange for a different size, please include a note with your return.
All returns and exchange postage costs must be covered by the customer.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Please contact us for details at firstname.lastname@example.org
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your item is mistakenly ordered in the wrong size you may exchange it for a like item of identical price. However you will have to pay return shipping.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays.
Delivery can usually be expected within 2-3 working days.
Orders over £100 will be shipped with next working day delivery.
International orders usually take 5-10 working days.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that not all orders will have tracking numbers.
All UK orders are shipped free of charge.
For international orders:
Within the EU: £15.00
Outside the EU: £25.00
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
